I managed to create a new render before the end of the year showing some rocky mountains in a light mist as the sun starts to go down. I have never done a scene with mist in it before so I thought I'd give it a go. It took a lot of tweaking to get the desired low flying fog effect, but I think it was well worth it.
This blog shows the work I have created using computer graphics. It encompasses 3D modeling, animations, simulations, 3D renders and other CGI creations.

Is it done by using a particle emitter oder multiple layers.
Well done.
Fantastic image there. Beautiful!
No, it is possible to create mist and fog with particle emitters but for this scene I used world mist settings and applied sun and atmospheric effects to the light used in the picture.
Very cool!
WOW, I LOVE the mist! VERY COOOOOOOOLLL!!!!!
wow...awesome!! i love the effect.
Hey! What software are you using?
I used to do 3d too but not that skilled.. and most people don't know the software I used..lol! :D
Anyway, nice works so far!
I did this in Blender, a free program.
Okay... that software is one I've never heard of.. I didn't even know there's a free 3d software.. ;P
Anyway, keep it up! :)
Maybe you should try animating next?
Look pretty cool from this angle.
These are really cool and this is my favorite so far. I have no talent for such things and it is really impressive when I can see the wonderful work of others.
